I’m Mary Hill Household Of Faith Church Secretary, and here is how the Ministry was started. John W. Johnson was born in March 14,1951, to John Author and Lucy Hayes Johnson of Maxton North Carolina, who raised their children in the fear of God. He is the fifth child of twelve children. Four boys and eight girls. After a divine calling from God, John W. Johnson Ministries was founded in 1978, in an old store-front building in Maxton North Carolina. The call of God came Supernaturally saying, Go teach my people faith in my word. Obeying the call of God, one year later he founded The Household Of Faith Church, where he is it’s Pastor and Spiritual leader. Starting out with just his wife Lillie, and their two sons Robert and Richard that first Sunday. The Lord Was faithful and began to add others to the work. Over the years God blessed he and Lillie with three more children, Karen, Kelly, and Kenneth.
